Divinity original sin 2. For some reason people on this board seem to talk negatively about it. To me it was one of the best gaming experiences ive had in the past 5 years and I play quite a lot of games.

My reason for it is that they're both shit games, but Inq forces you to spend hours running around at incredibly slow paces (are horses a 15% speed boost or worse?) to get done with what you need to get done with. It's so tedious that I wish I was at the phase where I just dropped games I didn't like instead of completing them for purchase justification.
which is unironically a good thing because it had a perfect cosmic horror ending and absolutely should not degenerate further into an action series like resident evil. it ended the only way a story about planet sized intelligent hivemind zombies could end.
it's literally not a massive cliffhanger. earth is doomed, and once humanity is gone, the universe becomes the Game's namesake, Dead Space.
this was fun, until the fun stopped
any series where the first two games have an average rating thats higher than 9.5 will have the third likely be called bad because its not as good as the first two

gameplay wasn't even fun like 1 or 2, it lost that tankyness...just felt like a generic shooter. It was like playing re6 after re4/5, only there's no redeeming quality from DS3's gameplay.
