Square has made plenty of good games since 2001, they just aren't called Final Fantasy. Still, fuck them. All the good games like the Mana series and Saga games could be so much better if Square stopped pumping every penny into FF and would just give all their good IPs bigger budgets.

I'm hoping Square Enix keeps riding this repetitive story train that they set in motion by KH3, where all of their properties basically revolve around the same point but are milking their fans mentally for their interpretations so when they make react YouTube videos it's free ghost writing.

It’s high fantasy with job system plus a realisation of Amano’s artwork, preferably with a controllable airship, that’s all I wish for aside from good gameplay and good story

Hope it dies so they can move on. Let's be honest, it was never good. Realm reborn wasn't much better than the original game and from there it hasn't changed much. It's like how No Man's Sky keep adding more content.
Same mediocre game.

Hopefully something like 15 with a story that has rich lore behind it. I'd love to seem some romance thrown in but that's just me. I'd also like to see it darker and grimer and less medieval fantasy and more futuristic with vast cities.
