That's just a goddamn lie. It's estimated as many as 2 billion people (more than a quarter of the world's population) include bugs in their daily diet. And the amount of water and green space needed to farm bugs to be eaten is practically infinitesimal compared to ONE-THIRD of the world's green space being dedicated to cows and stuff to feed cows with. And that goes without saying the methane that cows produce and the further resources used in transporting cattle and beef. I love me a good burger or some steak, and I've had some good prime cuts. But I know that in the long run that this shit is not sustainable.

You'd need to farm as many bugs to a point it would require just as much space as an average catfish farm, requiring just as many supplies, foodstuffs, and water sources as any other sort of livestock to create a comparable food source that is nutritionally complete.
