As GF makes these incompetent decisions that infuriate people who complain (unfortunately to no effect), the 10 fans who aren't part of group A will just leave, seeing their favorite franchise ruined beyond repair. So the positive "lol whatever it's fine" that you see is from the 90 remaining fans. Pokemon also continues to gain new fans from children who can't differentiate between entries and equate them to developmental trends.

I'm not saying the game is good in any way but you're being a ridiculous manchild. Insisting on keeping all monster is what prevents the series from evolving because they always have to retroactively adapt irrelevant beasts instead of putting the effort into innovation. Creating a new game will never be a passion project for the developers as long as they have to do repetitive work for a thousand creatures. People like you are holding the series back.

Lol no, I just stopped playing pokemon and stopped giving a shit about pokemon in general. The only people saying that nonsense are the drones who were defending Sw/Sh. Pokémon fans were getting kinda bored around Gen 4, story was boring, the legendary scaling was boring, the new Pokémon weren't as cool as Gen 1/2/3 but that Gen also gave us the Physical/Special split and the remakes of HG/SS.
It was Gen 6 which pretty much killed Pokémon.
