The low pitched baby cries just make my stomach turn. I feel like I've read somewhere that the sound of a crying baby is so alarming to most people is due to natural paternal instinct.
the Urdak track in Eternal, specifically the underlying female throat singing (thing whatever it is) made me a bit uncomfortable

any tracks that give the level of dread that this track from the Chernobyl OST exudes? If you listen to it with headphones it's like listening to the audio equivalent of a panic attack
youtube.com/watch?v=N2Ikt9RJCNk Not so bad now, but as a kid it did get me, even after my first run and knowing what was in store. Silent Hill 1 and 2 are the only other games I can think of that had bits of music that genuinely made me uncomfortable.

Hearing babies cry trigger a lot of emotions and reactions in the brain almost automatically, even if you don't care for babies. Cool way to utilize that effect in a sound track.
Babies crying don't do much to me, but sirens going off are terryfying to me for an unexplainable reason. My parents used to listen to this a lot when I was a kid, and it has a few moments where it sounds like a siren going off, shit always scared the fuck out of me. youtube.com/watch?v=UMPC8QJF6sI
