The low pitched baby cries just make my stomach turn. I feel like I've read somewhere that the sound of a crying baby is so alarming to most people is due to natural paternal instinct.

Listening to Quake's Hall of Souls instantly gives me a stinging sensation in my tongue and leaves a metallic taste. I have no idea why or how this happens, but it's the only song I've known to make this happen.

Not so bad now, but as a kid it did get me, even after my first run and knowing what was in store.
Silent Hill 1 and 2 are the only other games I can think of that had bits of music that genuinely made me uncomfortable.

Babies crying don't do much to me, but sirens going off are terryfying to me for an unexplainable reason.
