I've never beaten it. I got some really think DMC1 vibes from it, which is good, but I couldn't get passed certain puzzles and eventually forgot about it. I still own it, though. Might give it a go again.

There's a PC version with fanpatch but that is more hassle, you have to do your research and IMO it isnt worth the headache

The only version of re2 that ever gave me trouble was emulating the dreamcast version playable but the audio glitches the fuck out

It wasn't that complicated. I'm using Dolphin and I hadn't played any games for a while so I had to reinstall it. For whatever reason when it loaded it defaulted to no audio output and it won't let you change the setting while a game is running so I turned off the game and selected an audio output.
