Probably useful to discuss this on a different thread but, how is China doing in the current Fallout world? I read something about them having their own faction equivalent of the Caesars Legion by starting a new Dynasty with an Emperor n shit but I forgot about it.
There is some info about it on the wiki but it seems to be non-canon, Van Buren would have been partially set in China too but it was of course canned, they have most likely gone back to the pre-WWII Warlord Era with a Mad Max touch.
