Not that buy but here goes. Touhou's never come to a Nintendo system. The game available right now is a port of a fangame, which had no involvement with ZUN. There IS a mainline title upcoming, but it's also a port, and it's even coming to PS4 first.
I think a lot of people's problem with Touhou in Smash comes from the fact that, as things stand right now, Nintendo would gain VERY little benefit from this. Unless there's some secret deal to port/make more Touhou games for Switch, I think it's just a pipe dream.
