i really hope they make the UI as stylized as it was in VA-11. It would be weird to jump from something like that to this, just seems like a downgrade I dont know if thats just me

Agreed 100%. I realize that even between VNs in the same series (think PC98 era) the UI would change dramatically sometimes, but VA-11 Hall-A really hit all the right notes from the word "go."
Also, reminder for people who have yet to experience this wonderful game: It's on sale, still.
Hopefully there will be an option for the old UI. If not hopefully someone can mod it in.

Hey, I finished it just two days ago. Bought it during the current sale and as soon as the game opened up by telling me I should get a drink I was already fully sold. Binged it pretty hard.
I'm also not a fan of the look of the new game, but regarding the UI I at least like that the drinks aren't always on screen, even mid conversation. High hopes regardless, if the music and characters stay as good I don't think a little aesthetic downgrade would hurt too much.
Honestly, you could easily do the entire menu from memory. It's not that big.
If N1RV-ANN-A is anything like VA11-Hall-A, it'd probably be one of the best tools for teaching a layperson recipes for cocktails since it's using actual drinks.
