Are you excited NintendoChads?
BOTW 2's Map extends beyond Hyrule
Good for Zeldafags but i'm not one of them despite being a Nintendofag
>could
I'm probably gonna buy a switch for this. hopefully a new iteration is out by then.
So what are they going to add?
A light/dark world split?
Smaller offshoot lands separated by a loading screen?
A large underground map?
Add more than 8 dungeons and caves please
>Could
>Entire article is just speculation
Yeah man just like how Zig Forums confirmed something about smash bros.
I fucking hate blogs
>Zelda and Link might have hardcore sex in BOTW2
>I mean we don't know, we're just reporting it
this, more verticality please
Can they add this guy? I want to be able to flight throughout Hyrule
This means that they will recycle the original map and only add a few extras retards, nincels are dumb as fuck
I just wanna go underwater nigger
Considering we see Link and Zelda underground in last year's reveal trailer, my guess is large underground map
>old lanscape
>decades later
>completely changed with bustling cities and exploited lanscapes and warzones etc
not exactly zelda material but still cool
they have twice the RAM to work with compared to the WiiU. It'd be a bigger surprise if the next one's world WASN'T bigger.
doesn't botw have an underwater zone already?
If anything that's extremely worrying, BotW's map was too big already. They should make it smaller and fill it with actually good content.
They accidentally confirmed all of these, due to Nintendo's staff hirings for BOTW 2
> New Playable Character
> "Field Dungeons"
> New Enemies
> "Hidden Bosses"
>kek dumb fuck
Please add Dekus already.
instead of extending the map put something in it the map was just a giant fucking field
BotW map wasn't too big. It was too empty.
that's a weird kazooie
Lest just replace all the land with water or air and make flying islands
Kek
Nope, in fact it doesn't have underwater swimming at all.
user did you seriously get filtered by hyrule field?
Nah, you either get Kuroks or Dekus.
>new playable characters only available on first day dlc
>new dungeons challenge dlc
>nee enemies on hero mode available om the dlc
>new hidden bosses on the next dlc
Kek
Same thing.
The bigger it is the more stretched thin the content is, that's simple development logic.
Nope
You can swim, but only on the surface, you can't dive
Underwater exploration.
Who would the other protagonist be?
>fucking field
Thats werid way to type wilderness
Here's your new map.
Why recycle the map to begin with?
Is this the laziest Zelda ever?
>Instead of 100 copy and pasted superbland """"""""dungeons"""""""""" there's now 200 of them
Not the same thing. The map was good size but it lacked content.
but why, we got both Ritos and Zoras at the same time
My body is ready.
shit was easy except for the elephant level
Imagine having that short of an attention span.
Why reuse all the assets?
Is this the laziest Zelda ever?
> We finally get a Wind Waker sequel
BASED
That had a different map
>even more empty space and no rewards
I just want a real zelda game.
What qualifies as a real Zelda for you?
I'd much rather have a smaller map filled with actual content. Too much of BotW was filled with huge stretches of nothing
>this thing MAY or may not happen
How is this news?
>this character COULD be coming in this game
>this game COULD POSSIBLY be ported to other consoles
God I hate video games
Imagine defending this shit. Enjoy your 300 copy and pasted shrines and calling it content.
A much smaller map that was recycled in-game with a time mechanic.
never.
Link being a shit swimmer is the main constant of his character
>Is this the laziest Zelda ever?
yes
Just look at every zelda game not botw and crossbow training.
You can figure it out.
dungeons and linear progression
>I just want a real zelda game
Zelda
unironically soul
He can get the flippers to swim underwater in the 2D games.
3D Link is lame
Hopefully they have 5000 seeds to find this time.
>mfw they don't even have different themes like dungeons would
>just the same copypasted wall and ground decos and one single song that sounds like dkc2 water music never leaving the intro
I actually preferred the huge stretches of nothing to something like Skyrim, which just feels like a Disneyland attraction with little points of interest scattered every ten feet in comparison. BOTW's map felt more like an actual wilderness and the sense of discovery was off the charts. I will admit that sometimes it felt flat if you found this cool new spot and it turns out there's just a rock with a korok seed underneath. that's why I'm excited to see them put more interesting stuff into the same map.
Yeah, I'm excited for BOTW2. But what is this article basing this claim on? Fucking nothing I bet.
all the puzzles are different you fucknut. I'll never understand this complaint.
I'll give you the combat trials, but all the other ones had fun and unique puzzles.
Imagine defending this shit. Enjoy your 300 copy and pasted enemies and characters and calling it content.
Not any more, you get Legend of Assassins Creed now.
>I'm excited for more korok seeds
You’re now going to be able to play as Link, Zelda, and a younger, sexier revived Ganondorf. There WILL be emotional tension between the three as they work together to defeat a true enemy.
There are other places outside of Hyrule that we've been to before(Labrynna and Holodrum come to mind), so maybe something like that?
I SAID THIS FROM DAY ONE BUT NO ONE LISTENED. I predicted that BOTW2 = BOTW + new land. You will be able to go beyond the plateau that stretches from the back of Death Mountain all the way to the Hebra region.
Someone hacked it & explored BOTW past the game's boundaries and discovered a shit ton of unused content including a huge ocean like Wind Waker, Mountains & other shit
Even so, needing a special item to be able to go underwater doesn't really speak to his swimming skills. Even in Botw you can't cross a small pond without drowning, yet he can climb a mountain as if it's nothing.
This
>hyrule castle rises up into the sky
>a shitload of other crap starts rising up all over hyrule completely transforming the map
>the zonai were never really gone they were underground
Wait, they are just rehashing the old map? Lame.
Speaking of Ubisoft, remember with Far-Cry Primal did the same thing and everyone spent like a full week crying about it and telling Ubisoft how lazy and garbage they were.
north and west barrier cliffs bother me, the rest is ok, would make an interesting WW like game
