If anything it just highlights the repetitive shitty writing that they have to rely on such underhanded cheap humour to get laughs out of people, especially in a game that has an entire character arc about it being okay to be feminine/appear gay. The game then constantly reminds you that appearing gay is funny in a "laugh at them" kind of way.
This kind of hypocritical writing pops up in Persona constantly but retards are too blind to see it and just eat it up because of muh waifus.

I do not think it is meant to be an x-ray, but seen as if such. That said, there are more anatomical problems in there than that to match the picture on the TV monitor. For example, the length of the thighs to the knees, and how tall she actually is there, as she inclines on top of it. It's freaky, if you let all of that "suppose to match the TV pose. If you were to remove the admittedly distracting TV image, then you can probably mentally autocorrect the visual of how she actually is posed like.

If it was put in the game because they think I'll like it and enjoy whatever effects it has on the game and the character's interactions, then sure, good shit.
If it was put in because every game needs a homo or it's evil, or to epicly own captical G Gamers, or get free advertising from people shitposting about it on Zig Forums then it's almost certainly making the game worse, and fuck off with that shit
