I have shadowrun returns but i only played it for like 15 minutes and stopped playing. Is there any suggestions you'd give for a first time playthrough to someone who doesnt play much trpgs to make it fun but not make it hard.

Returns is kinda basic but serves as a nice intro to the setting. My advice would probably be to play it within Dragonfall instead, the game will be much easier overall due to the combat not being balanced between Dragonfall's enhancements and Returns' encounters, but these are more story-focused games anyway.
Don't mix chrome and magic, and stick to two weapon types max. You probably want to be a Decker in Returns, you can get away with using the party Deckers in the next two games but most people really, really don't like them.
Don't underestimate how useful Dodge is.

Ill try to remember that since I completely ignored dodge mechanics in xenoblade and it turned out dodge makes that game a fucking cakewalk.

it's dead now. You missed your opportunity. You could probably find a match most times of the day but the number of players is dropping very quickly.
