What am I missing, or is it because of the manga? Because so far it's fucking great. Has the artistic flair of part 1, tied with the good parts of part 3 without the short comings. Stands are more interesting, overall continuity is better, cast is much better. My only problem is there's no central villain to carry everything, but part 3 had the exact same problem

Part 1 has style and flair out the ass, the best villain in the series and one of my favorite villains in general (Dio is always on screen, constantly fucking shit up for Jonathon and it's fun to just watch him be a dick. I love villains like that. He has so much presence), and the setting is cool and reminds me of Castlevania

It's funny because Part 4 got the shittiest anime adaptation, in the manga it's easily one of the best parts of the series.

it's awful, full of useless story arcs and essentially filler until Kira shows up and even he isnt enough to redeem the entire part. I dont see how anyone can rank it above part 3.

Legit why is Jojo so popular? I've only seen the anime and I think its a mediocre anime at best. I can't stand looking at the manga because of how bad the art is which looks like Japanese Liefeld. I'm starting to think people only like it ironically like with the Star Wars prequels.

Part 3 is the same way except the stands are mostly dull and the cast is worse outside of Joshua
