I always liked the OG gundam/OG armored core style, "weighted fantasy." They're not realistic by any means but they try make everything be logically consistent compared to say super robots or zone of the enders.

Absolutely based. You'll inevitably trigger super robot fags because "REEEEEEEEE IT'S NOT ACTUALLY REALISTIC" but it's a damn good aesthetic which lends a lot of verisimilitude to the setting.

long ass time ago there was a torrent called the mechwarrior anthology and it had all the mw games all the way to mw4 mercs snd it had its own launcher snd installer optimized for win 7+

Honestly even if From did do AC6 would it be what we want? AC5 was going in a weird direction.
np, it really should be anthology. also I feel like it kind of needs to be updated with newer stuff such as the MW3 widescreen hack.

I actually really like the western mechs, but only the ones in the top right and bottom left. I prefer it when giant robots aren't humanoid, it gives the designers more freedom to make really cool designs.
