3rd person adds a whole another complexity to movement possible. This is why all Ace Combat videos where they perform crazy shit are in 3rd person. 1st person removes all that and leaves only extremely basic movement with maybe more precise aiming (which is not needed in a flightcade game). It's a huge fuck up.

Sound alone cannot replace all the information lost going from 3rd to 1st person. This is why in ANY competitive game, 3rd person is always more advantegous than 1st.
