Based. Try monster train if you haven't yet
Seriously. MHGU for switch is perfect video game graphics, for me.
2D Platforms are my favorites, they're the most video game-y and fun in my eyes.
isn't the final release coming out this year? I think I'll probably get it
Also a great game, but not balanced enough to have the same level of replay value. Great foundation to build on though
Post yfw the Android port comes out a year later than iOS
Slay the Spire is overrated. It's a medicore deck builder with bad style, and it requires you to sit there and commit to hour-long runs to play, so it's awful for the one thing deck builders are good at, which is speed.
The gameplay in last of us is good
Is it a good game? Looks like a dumb card game clone of Harthstone, which also looked good and I also didn't play. Not dismissing the game outright, but looks really ugly and unintuitive.
It looks so ugly it goes around and starts looking good in Bosch painting kind of way
The game itself is very good
Should I play this with a gamepad or is it fine to use KB+M?
I personally use Nintendo Joycons with my laptop to run the game, I use the dual dpad setup and it works great, best controller to run it on in my opinion. There are 3 or so items in the game that greatly benefit from having an anologue stick to switch off to, also certain micro positioning helps to have an analogue stick for slower walking. Also one item (marked) is helped a lot by a keyboard and mouse setup, so I switch off to them for that item exactly.
I like how they tell you which end boss you're getting, do you don't end up wasting thd whole run to be hard countered like in Slay the Spire. But it's a bit simple in its current state.
Just found out they finally put it on the apple store for mobiles. How long has it been available?
>mouse
if you're playing on PC it's keyboard only, move with WASD and shoot with the arrow keys
August
You can play with keyboard + mouse just fine, you have to turn the mouse controls option to on in the .txt file in the game's data folder.
Gamepad is the way to go. Kbm will tunnel your carpals.
you start op
i got my runs down to 45 minute but yeah its way too long. Griftlands is another deck builder attempt but runs take FOUR HOURS
>card game
>10/10 gameplay
I like it but come on now.
Oh, thanks. I think I'll use my controller then. The videos I've watched make the game look so easy.
The gameplay is in your brain bro. Just turn your brain on bro.
I solely play games for their atmosphere and tone.
it's pretty easy to spot people who didn't play it
Yeah, I recommend playing the game on a new savefile until you finish up the challenges, then just download a 100% completed savefile, because honestly just about everything else about the game's unlock system is doing the game easyish endings over and over, like 20 different times each. I recommend playing as Keeper or Eden primarily, they give the most variety to gameplay.
is it now
I got 56 hours, 6 minutes and 53 seconds in it
How do I stop "Retro Vision" pills from ever dropping?
I find that being hard-countered is much more of a problem in Monster Train. Maybe it's just because I haven't played a lot yet, but like what are you supposed to do if you're playing Stygian and are going against the spell consuming seraph and don't find frostbite early? Whereas in StS, a good deck can't be hard countered by any final boss, even if you have a Defect Power build going up against Awoken One or something like that.
