Last Card
does this game have cribbage?
>Paying 40€ for this barebones game
Why.
No
The billiards sucks ass because you can't put spin on the ball
The shot strength is also incredibly imprecise
>barebones
On other news: user uses word he doesn't understand. Developments at 10
The game selection is not that great honestly
And why can you only play 10 hands of blackjack anyway? Also each hand is soooo slow. Also if there's gonna be luck based games why no baccarat? Also takoyaki and war are awful games.
Explain how it's barebones, I'd genuinely like to understand this criticism. It's advertised as a collection of 51 clubhouse games, and that's exactly what it is. Sure, you've got a handful of stinkers like War and Takoyaki, but those are a minority compared to having a bunch of classic games that are both portable and have online multiplayer.
Where's 4-ball billiards? Like the one without pockets. I thought it was popular in Asia
Carom billiards? I don't think Japan plays it.
I want snooker but I know that's totally irrelevant outside the UK
This, the lack of options for Last Card, and the limited betting system in Texas Hold Em are my biggest complaints.
Yeah... You can only raise by 5...
Darts feels extremely satisfying to play. President and Last Card are my favorite card games. Shogi for board games.
It's just the games, they could have added challenges, achivements, unlockables maybe a board mode ala Mario Party.
Plenty of things to do instead of just putting the games in a menu. And the selection of games and the wasy some of them have been portrayed is just awful.
I think I will download the demo and play President for free, thanks.
>I think I will download the demo and play President for free, thanks.
So you don't even have the game? Fuck off.
I usually look up information about a game before buying it.
And as I say, this is way expensive for what it offers.
Mahjong Solitaire and Klondike Solitaire are comfy as fuck. I suck at Spider though so that's stressful for me. Hanafuda and Mancala are easily my favorite games though. I wish Texas Hold Em was better done because it's a game I like a lot normally.
>This version of War has you take three cards from the deck instead of just flipping the top card of the deck, seemingly allowing you choice as to what cards you want to use and when
>But you can't actually see which cards you have, making it complete RNG anyways
They were so fucking close to a decent game, what the fuck?
>challenges, achivements, unlockables
The game already has achievements for every game and every mode, for one.
There are also unlockables, you unlock different styles for cards.
I don't really understand what kinda challenges you want. There's challenge Bowling, but that sorta thing doesn't translate to every game, beyond just raising the difficulty of the AI and rewarding you for beating it, which it already does.
I honestly don't understand why they even put it in, it's really easy to make War have SOME semblance of gameplay like they did with Pig's Tail, but with War they just said fuck it. You might as well have rock paper scissors.
For me it's mahjong
Mahjong fucking sucks dumb weeb
We need a wii sports on switch
No bowling feels wrong since the wii and wii u had it
I've gotten addicted to Hanafuda. It's surprisingly simple and I found it fun enough to play again and again
I like Mancala!
>Challenges
Specific for every game. For example, place number one in every round in President, get three home runs in a row in Toy Baseball, promote two pawns in one game of chess, etc.
>Unlockables
Something other than styles for cards. Different styles for pieces of chess, different card tables or billiard cloths. And how about making this unlockables these Nintendo themed?
And many other things. Why not let us customize a character with things these challenges could unlock. We could use that character online.
Why not let us unlock other special minigames? Even if it is stuff like Pyoro from Wario Ware?
I'm pretty sure a team of devs can have a lot more ideas than lazily reproduce some board games.
literally impossible
This has bowling numbnuts
I can't tell if spider solitaire is hard or if I'm just a brainlet
Playing with all 4 suits feels like it's really fucking hard, but I can't tell if maybe it's just a luck thing, or maybe I'm just an idiot.
How the fuck are you supposed to do spider solitaire on Advanced. I've done it so many times now, and at this point I'm convinced a large part of it just comes down to luck.
Fuck, I knew trying to get all the awards in this collection would be the death of me.
Maybe if you have no friends. The game really excels when you get multiple Switches together.
