GOLEM GE YE GONE

That back part of the chair you're trying desperately to not recline on helps with keeping your back not shit, chink.

UR CROOKED

>he thinks sitting perfectly upright is good posture
There's a reason they don't make every chair have a completely straight back retard

as opposed to what

Coping golem

heres a step-by-step webm on how to correct your posture

Chairs like the one in OP pic are made to support your back for long periods of time, actually sitting in the chair properly is what's best for your back. If it wasn't, these sorts of chairs would be designed differently.

it's about not hunching your back and neck, you can sit at any angle you want

false, leaning back is objectively better for your spine

RAPE.

picrel has been my PC-using posture for years. i've got mild scoliosis and i'm convinced it's due to the way i've been sitting
apologies for the shitty image quality i can't draw.

Dude should bring his chair more forward to help hold that posture, or purchase a better chair.

i do exactly this

being like this for extended hours can't be good. It's not normal. God pc nerds are truly lost.

unironically I sit like this in my office chair and put my feet up against the wall. I'm slowly killing my spine.

Posture correction is a fat fucking meme the problem lies that your back muscles are shit
just work out jesus

it's okay to recline to ~110 degrees. Why even have the back of a chair like that if you aren't going to use it? Sitting up perfectly straight like that for very long periods isn't ergonomic.

Don't tell me what to do

>Work out a few times a week
>sit and relax however the fuck you want without looking like you've got a stick up your ass
is that really so hard you guys?

My spine is fucked I already look like a troglodyte caveman

What's the point of a chair having a back when you can't even rest on it?

What does it mean if my shoulders become sore as fuck just by sitting in my chair?

Joke's on you, I'm jacking off to your feet pics tonight.

you fap to guy feet? gay

>The 18 year old that works at my shops neck is bent almost completely forward

It's a real problem.

This is debunked, the best position for your back while sitting is like this \_ . Your back is supported which puts less strain on your spine.

Probably like me, overly broad shoulders don't work in the egg cradle design they use now.

Pinches me into the chair.

might be that, I'm really skinny but my shoulders tend to be really broad. My chair is large too but my left arm usually ends resting on the desk while the right rests on the armrest since it's an L shaped desk

this is also me, fuck my life because I'm too used to this posture

Sounds like the same problem I have, I'm a lanklet and I usually end up using the desk as a prop because I sit on the edge of my chair with a straight.

To be fair, you don't need to see the screen while playing WoW.

contrary to what you think sitting perfectly upright and vertical will just put more pressure on your spine, sitting at an angle will take off some of the pressure which is why it's shaped that way. Doesn't seem like much but if you're sitting all the time it adds up over the years

sitting like that actually hurt your back most stupid
