he's right you know.
He's right you know
It was decent enough. Better than 4.
NV>3>4>2>1
Even TLOU2 is much better than F3 you uncultured zoomer.
None of those e-celebs were right, they missed the point of why people criticised the game, none of them brings up the lack of RPG mechanics, retarded writing, bad gunplay etc.
>Calls TLOU2 better than F3
>Calls OP the zoomer
Play Fallout 2.
He's right but that doesnt make it good
hbomberfaggot's video brings up exactly that and more
No, I’m pretty sure I know exactly how good it is. Worse than NV, better than 4
lmao no
>the lack of RPG mechanics,
What rpg mechanics are missing? You have perks, special, skills, speech checks, options of how to go about both combat and regular conversation, leveling up. What does the game not have?
>retarded writing,
Yeah we get it. Zoomers haven't really played the game just only the main story and you bitch about the ending even though it was fixed. This shit is like bitching at the bugs in launch day New Vegas, it's pointless since it's been dealt with.
>bad gunplay
So which is it, do you want more rpg mechanics or better gunplay?
Also literally all of these were mentioned in the video you massive faggot
i honestly liked it more than NW but i'm biased because i can't stand western bang bang lazo bullshit, not even as a parody
I genuinely don’t know what’s the point of playing Fallout 3 is when there’s New Vegas. They have basically the exact same gameplay but at least New Vegas has memorable quests, characters, a good blend of serious and comedy, and actual roleplaying opportunities that go beyond “I’m a good guy” or “I’m a bad guy.” I guess maybe the F3 map might be more compelling if you’re an American who gets enthralled with the rubble of your capital but I’m not American so I don’t care.
NV>2>3>1
Didn't bother playing any of the other garbage ones. I played tactics, that was kinda neat.
What do you have against westerns?
>he's right you know.
Doesn't even get basic things about the games right, like knowing the difference between a settlement and a location. In addition to his garbage opinions like the skillbooks in 3 being better because they're weaker and more common.
the worst part about fallout 3 is that it almost worked.
It had some neat ideas but they were very isolated from each other.
The world didn't feel cohesive
The writing was what in the fuck are you doing
No, he doesn't, he goes on tirades about fucking forks clipping through the floor as a feature.
I'll clamp my nipples before subjecting myself to that trash video again, he's the king of 'talking a lot but actually saying nothing'.
If you played New Vegas and want more, then you have Fallout 3.
And the games are unique enough in tone, world, and design that they're their own separate experiences.
Personally sometimes I want to play through the charm and simplicity of 3 over New Vegas
>he's right you know.
I thought fallout 3 was regarded as a good game. Who the fuck is he responding to?
The skill books are better in 3 because you actually see and use them.
I've seen many letplayers and whatnot play Fallout New Vegas and keep the skillbooks in their inventory and never learn what they do since you hardly ever see them, they're put in dumb ass locations no one goes to, and they look the same as the magazines
3 was fine its about time for me to see if its as fine as i remember. Its not great but acceptable. Point Lookout is the best DLC though and the only part of it that still bothers me is how there was no unique double barrel.
Hbomberguy, as well as many people on forums and reddit posts who really dislike fallout 3 and use mental gymnastics to act like it's not an rpg or somehow terrible despite it being 90% the same as Fallout New Vegas which people love.
Fallout 4 will age badly
I'm already back to NV
Is was my entry game in he franchise and i liked it.
People being retarded does not invalidate a good design choice.
>they're put in dumb ass locations no one goes to
You're right, 3's approach of giving almost every location the same meaningless rewards is far better.
I played through all of Fallout 3 and I still don’t understand what President Eden was, why the Enclave were trying to poison the water, and why I was made to feel like a dick for suggesting the super mutant go into the radioactive room so I don’t fucking die.
It’s a good game. Surprisingly, the thing Bethesda did best was translating Fallout’s skill system and SPECIAL into an FPS ARPG, especially considering what a disaster Oblivion was in that regard two years prior. The biggest flaw, unsurprisingly, is poor world design and writing.
My biggest problem about it was the main story. Other than that, it was fine.
This
Yea, a lot of the quest lines didn't have enough background and weren't comfortable being obscure.
Eden was the backup president, and the enclave were trying to use the transforming kit to kill all the mutated beings in the waste to restart society- including irradiated people and ghouls.
Similarly I tried to use the supermutant went into the room- this was actually an oversight that came about from the DLC allowing you to continue post-game.
The whole briefly meeting your dad then him randomly an heroing didn't make much sense and if you played the main quest line straight through the game only lasted an hour- but if you did side quests you quickly lost interest in the main quest line as too few of the main quests actually reinforced your theoretical objective
Always liked 3. Not the best but quality either way.
