Yes, Galar is the UK region. The ugly design comes from the fact that they refused to budge on the type-based gym uniforms despite the fact that he isn't a gym trainer (?) but also completely ignored the color scheme/athleticwear aesthetic and just stapled accessories on top. His Sword counterpart has the same problem but they at least tried to colormatch and her accessories aren't formalwear so it's more excusable.
