Fallout 1, 2, Atom RPG are great, Ex Machina is decent, probably Underrail, Metro series is decent, I heard that Mad Max is decent, Wasteland 2 is decent.

It's not technically post apocalypse, but it basically is. No game has matched this one in my opinion. It has the most oppressive atmosphere of any game I've ever played, there are some parts that are downright terrifying.
