Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs. Not exactly my FAVORITE, but what it IS is the scariest fucking game ever made. And I've played Siren, along with the OG game. No game has presented scarier concepts than it, and I'm dead serious when I say that. I mean, seriously:

You can enjoy the second one without playing the first. It has been a while since I've played them, but at most you might miss a reference or two. Other than that they are separate and can be enjoyed individually.
