Honestly, just balancing. Buff the stuff that's never used. Nerf the god tier meta weapons, that's about it.
Oh, and remove the sniper class from the game as a whole. Literally delete it.

This technically could work in casual but would require insane coordination and dumb luck and has one in 10 billion chance of happening

Well, mostly its just confusing, things like completely changing the blutslager to heal teammates instead of giving medic lifesteal. Or removing overdose’s speed effect scaling with current uber %

Also, if you take a look at the actual list banned weapons the comp players ban, this addresses basically none of them. Theres so many gimmicky, buggy, or unfun in competitive weapons that are just not addressed at all. Shit like the atomizers third jump or the soda popper or many things that comp players ban for decentish reasons have no fixes.
I don’t understand who this mod is even for? It doesnt fix what comp players want fixed, and pub players dont give enough of a fuck to play on modded rebalance servers
