Some enemy from Dusk that you can hear wheezing from rooms away and then when you make contact they run around spastically and scream. I hate them. They make a fucked up bone crunching noise when you kill them too.

When i first encountered them i didn't really know what the hubbub was about until it charged and i shot my gun for a riposte out of reflex and all i thought after was "wait that was it?"
