The person who says that he/she got raped and the person who did the raping.

It's a very shitty situation because if the rape was real and he writes this then we have a victim who gets even shitted on twice. But if this is a lie then we have someone who did nothing with an accusation that is horrible.

It's always a trouble to find a middle ground. On the one hand rape is pretty tough to "proof", but on the other hand it's necessary to punish people who rape others.

Personally I think it should be illegal to accuse someone of rape outside of court. This means that publicly calling someone a rapist without an official court judgement should be illegal. It's such a huge accusation that you could say it's like murder (especially if you are innocent) and as we all know murder is against the law.
