I don't suppose there are any lawyers on Zig Forums? Hypothetically, if I could afford a lawyer, would I have some kind of cause for litigation here? Just wondering.

Litigate what? What law was broken?

What drives you people to talk about sensitive things in places that dont need those discussions? Fucking gamefaqs? Just find your walkthru and leave god damn.

only criminals have trouble with cops

>video games

And niggers are more likely to be criminals which leads to logical and proper conclusion.

It was in hellhole, the forum of the moderators. I was asked that question in a non vidya thread, so I responded. Fuck off

ResetEra is shit, but ResetEra is also private property. You waive all your rights when you click the "I Agree" button under the Terms Of Service when you first make an account there.

Same for Zig Forums, but you have to access the Terms Of Service through the front page (boards.Zig Forums.org) and after you Agree to it it saves a cookie rather than as a retrievable document.

I don't know man, it's why I fucking asked. I thought we had the first amendment for a reason. I don't know enough about that shit in relation to websites though.

there was a huge conservative purge a while back. People have been complaining about the moderators for a while now.

Even if the moderation is clearly erroneous? gay

>You waive all your rights when you click the "I Agree" button under the Terms Of Service

This is a ridiculous statement and it's said that you think it's even okay at all.

>so I responded
So you fell for it. Shouldnt have been there in the first place. Even when asked a question, just dont talk about that shit because its the internet where none of that shit matters. NONE of it.

bruh removing posts and banning someone on a forum that specifically states in their TOS that they can do that isn't an infringement of the first amendment you fucking retard.

>I don't know man, it's why I fucking asked.
>Something happened that I did not like, so I must find some way to sue
Way to play to the American stereotype

See the sign? It's Private Property. In real life you do not have the right to enter someone's property and do whatever you want be it screaming about UFOs or handing out informational pamphlets about illegal aliens' rights. The same goes for any sort of website, you are on Private Property and can be banned for any arbitrary reason or for no reason at all. All Terms Of Service spell this out.

>bruh removing posts and banning someone on a forum that specifically states in their TOS that they can do that isn't an infringement of the first amendment you fucking retard.

Then post it. Even then this is not a First Amendment violation but a civil damage. Even if you are right the most a court would award you is damages being locked out of the software might cause for you; as the software is just a web forum and not something important (like a payment portal or job application) you wouldn't win any damages outside of what the ToS states you are entitled to. If the ToS does not include a section for contract violation damages, then you don't get anything.

Sorry, but in the face of tyranny, attorneys are sounding more and more like valuable commodities. There's no other way to fight back against horse shit like that.

>spacing
immediately discarded. Go back

Lmfao user gets pissed off at gamefaqs and tries to sue
Oh god, Americans are so fucked up it's not even funny

spacing for what? You don't know what a line break is?

>this reddit spacing
he's right, go back.

Double spacing indicates you likely went to college, and so the right winger on Zig Forums think you are too intelligent for them, so they call it "reddit spacing"

Americans talk a big game about "Freedom" and "Property Rights" but as soon as they are required to wear a mask to enter Shartmart or not talk about black people on a videogame forum they piss themselves and immediately become hardcore democratic socialists that want everyone's opinion to be equally valued, because it would artificially inflate the value of their own opinions.

You can see it nationally with Trump being upset at Twitter and trying to use his powers as the President to spite them. It's just petty and is why America is a small, increasingly irrelevant joke compared to countries that never had freedom like Russia or China.

Seething Eurofaggots. I rest my case.

Just wait until the moderators start doing that shit full time on Zig Forums.

You signed the contract to read and adhere to their rules when you made an account. This means you have no legal grounds to stand on.

>Zig Forumstard is so deep down the rabbithole he doesn't realize his opinions are repugnant and that his infocharts are BS
>gets banned for sperging out outside of Zig Forums
>automatically thinks of litigation
Let me guess, you're one of those epic right-wing Jews?

doing what, enforcing the rules?
They literally cant. Unless they range-ban the planet. Then in 10 years some fag on the moon is going to start shitposting here.

OP is the kid that would try to make the teacher force other kids to play with him

What happened to me at GameFAQs is the equivalent to stating "There was once a landfill full of ET games, if people think shovelware is bad now, think how bad it was back then."
and then getting banned for a week for it. This happens every single time, for the most benign comment. Suddenly you start advocating less for big tech like the corporate cock sucker you are, because it's affecting YOU.

>everything I don't like or everything I disagree with is automatically Zig Forums.
I have literally only browsed Zig Forums the entire time I've been on Zig Forums, which has been since at least the mid to late 2000s. I visit /x/ from time to time, but that is it. Fuck off

>tyranny is a 7-day suspension on a fucking videogame forum
Fucking hell man

If you think this sort of shit isn't happening en masse on almost every other social media platform, you need to fucking wake up. Retard.

Ah yes, the tyranny of being suspended on a social media platform.

>spouts Zig Forums memes, acts like a Zig Forumstard
>"HOW DARE YOU ASSUME THAT I CAME FROM Zig Forums?!"
Neck yourself, retard
