Any good recent rpgmaker games?

its a JRPG about a sea witch who is tasked with repairing the barrier of an ocean kingdom. the combat is your standard RPGmaker stuff, but the art is real nice and the story does have some interesting plot twists.

I have yet to play the reboot, but judging the original
it's about a witch in an ocean world, tasked with repairing some magic barriers that got cracked. It has tons of characters and is focused on character interactions, combat plays a very minor role. In fact, the difficulty of the game is very low and you can thankfully avoid most enemies, no "random encounter every 10 steps".

It has a very well-polished class system which keeps combat interesting. Hope you like light femdom though.

Might have to try it. Combat was piss easy in the original, generic, and overall really brought down the experience in my opinion. What's the new combat like?

It's not a JRPG, no. It has some combat, but it's just some extra flavor, literally nothing serious. It was made by Deep Sea Prisoner, who made The Gray Garden and Mogeko Castle. The latter is my favorite, it's the most polished of the 3. If you like one, chances are you'll like the rest, give them a try.

It's still the standard RPGMaker, but levels, items and attacks have been adjusted so that actual difficulty exists.

Google "yume nikki fangames". There's a ton of em. 2kki is the biggest and still updated fg so far.

Okay but what is it about?

2kki is worth checking out, its absolutely massive and i don't think it has a definitive ending since they're still adding content to it. lcddem and yuque are nice ones too but i haven't put too much time into them.
