Yea probably bombed was too strong a word. What DID happen was that it just broke even. Considering the hype for this movie, it’s universe, it’s critical reception, and the fact that it needed 750 mil to break even and then made 760 mil or something, it failed.
Still, the companies adamant attitude to delivering us suicide squad is bewildering. Who the fuck played the Arkham trilogy and thought “ah yes, next they should do suicide squad. Not SUPERMAN, nah, suicide squad.”
