Detroit and other David Cage games have a lot of choices that affect the cutscenes directly though. They're "Movie games", but they're INTERACTIVE movies. A game like TLOU is a movie game with no interactivity in the cutscenes, so the high focus on cutscenes is more jarring in my opinion.
