503 just means it's unavailable. Overload can be one explanation but it's far from the only one.
I really doubt the site is still being "reviewbombed" this long after release.

Also - Game director loved Star Wars - The Rise of Skywalker movie and Season 8 of Game of Thrones - considered by fans the ones that have the lamest and crappiest plot of them all, that already was a red flag for some buyers
Everyone was hyped for the game, but the leaks revealed too much and exposed the plot as messy, boring and edgy. With flashbacks within flashbacks, killing off major characters without first making the player connect to the new ones and just pointless violence. Plus, pregnant 8 month lady throwing molotovs, shooting guns and Max payne belly flop dodging attacks.
