part of why BF5 died is because of scope creep. they focused so much on adding cool shit like towing and animating fucking everything (like healing) that they forgot about the most basic things like anti-cheat, performance and playability.
the other part is of course literally not knowing how to make a good team based multiplayer game.
remember attrition and how shills like levelcap and jackfrags defended it for ages since launch about how it adds 'decisions' to the way you play? like as it running out of ammo isn't the fucking nuisance as it is but makes you go 'hmmm i need to rearm so i'll make a tactical b-line to the nearest ammo crate'. Attrition never became an issue anyway because it only affected good players - players that stayed alive long enough and good enough kills that they got punished by needing to restock. but then why bother restocking when you could just die and respawn?
remember firestorm? remember the competitive 5v5 mode (as if that's what BFV fucking needed). so many resources wasted like that, from a company as big as fucking DICE lol.
add to that balance changes (5.2 UpDaTe WoNt Be a TtK ChANgE!1) that came from incorrect analyses, and i can confidently say that with quotes like in OP's pic, BF6 is guaranteed to be another failure.
leads at DICE are retarded, don't know what they're doing, and good talents has already left. buy the game at your own risk, because i sure as shit won't be.
