Retard pic won't turn, just turn your heads anons.

Tried to read.
Broke my neck.
Thanks, user.

it's not idle, the epic chink launcher is busy sending your browser history to commies

why are there so many underaged dumbasses on Zig Forums these days. it's gotten so bad lately

summer

>He fell for the amd meme
lol

Fuck you.

I'd say that's normal with the stock cooler. Under load you'll be at like 84 or so.

Are you using the stock fan that came with the processor? They're not very good, especially when ambient temps are high. Also look through your task manager and make sure your computer is actually idle. If you built the PC a few days ago it's probably doing a bunch of updates and shit.

3600 stock fan is bad but you clearly didnt set it up right or you fucked up with the thermal paste. Idle I get around 40-48 with stock cooler.

If you're using a stock fan then that's probably why. If you're not then you may have applied thermal paste incorrectly.

Is that safe? Seems high.

You forgot the thermal paste, don't you?

>Ryzen 3600
>48

Bullshit.

It came attached to the stock cooler.

that's not rare with the stock cooler, i'd say get a cheap tower cooler (like 15-20usd) if it bothers you

Improper application of thermal paste, 99%
1% is this

The max is 94, at which point it throttles down. Get Ryzen Master, it shows you a clearer presentation of temps and speeds.

>stock cooler
Found your issue

Mine hovers around 89 at load, I don't know why you think 80 is high

>AMD

Water boils at 100...

>1.4V
stop overclocking so hard

>israel intel users paying 50% more for extra 15% performance

Should it bother me? Will the CPU get damaged?

I'm not overclocking at all. Haven't changed anything from the BIOS except the XMP for RAM.

AMD is retarded like that. It's normal.

Are you using a water cooler?

No? The point is that it's hot.

I wanted to buy a better cooler because these idle temps are ridiculous but it still works fine and performs fine so whatever

Your core voltage is too high. You probably left it at the stock automatic setting. Enter the UEFI or Ryzen Master and lower that shit to 1.325V, then run some intense stress test to see if it's stable, then lower by 0.005 increments and see at what level it remains stable.

That guy is a retard, ignore him. What I WOULD recommend you do is to go in the bios again and ensure both "cool and quiet" and global c-states are set to on and not auto.

AMD and its partners are retarded so in some bios Auto defaults to off and not on like it should. Your temperatures probably won't drop much but that should be on anyway.

3DMark test caused it to reach 91.

OH NO NO NO

You sure you installed fans correctly?
Its kinda stupidly high on idle and stock cooler, i've had mad and stock cooler, it only wanted to take off when i was playing battlefield 3

Considering you're too dumb to take a screen shot and use your phone to take a picture of your screen, and then also don't know how to rotate said photos, I'm assuming you probably didn't apply your thermal paste properly or your cooler isn't properly installed. Return it and buy a pre-built PC instead.

Almost guaranteed to crash his PC if he does that. 1.4 is normal, it should go down to 1.3 or even 1.1 under actual use because AMD comes from bizarro world.

Did you take off the "REMOVE BEFORE INSTALL" plastic on the cooler?
Or are you using the Stealth that came with it without paste?

Which?

OP most likely did the retarded paste method

>toasterfag giving opinions on hardware he doesn't own

You probably have malware/miners

I did take plastics off and the paste is in place.

What about cinebench?

I haven't really installed anything yet. Besides common stuff like Steam.

Yeah I'm with this guy if it isn't bait My 2600 only got this hot on the stock cooler under stress tests

What if ye removed case side panel for temprorarly ?

Though I have to say 46w isn't idle. I'm gonna go and say this is bait

What case do you have? What fans are currently installed? Did you screw the CPU cooler down properly?

>my weaker processor never got that hot!

This is the kind of retard you are dealing with, OP.

That's just how it runs. It's around 50 now though.

silentiumpc.com/en/product/regnum-rg4t/

clearly something is wrong because idle should be in the 20w, not 50w.

Attached: idle.jpg (317x153, 25.85K)

Then remove it, and apply your fresh new thermal paste and double-check everything.

Should I do this or ?

What's your CPU usage percent in task manager?

Nice post troglodyte
You do realize that the 2600 and the 3600 use around the same amount of juice and have the same TDP right?
The stealth is shit but should still keep it at a decent operating temp
But by all means go on
40-50 on the Stealth sounds about right for idle if your room is warm.

I have a 2600 and these are usually my values as well, going around 70° under load.
Op is baiting or is pc is screwed.
