Redo the AI so it's not just reactionary shit. Fix the item respawn bug. Improve Mario/Ryu's recovery and nerf the broken recovery of the DLC characters. Give Isabelle a new Down B move when items are turned off. Totally redo the whole UI and menu system.

Then by your logic, every character in the game should have the ability to make it back under any situation. But they don't. And that's what makes many of the newer characters broken. Most of them can. While characters from Brawl or earlier had limitations, aside from Olimar, Pit and Kirby.

They have treated him nicely with previous buffs though, so he doesn't need much more. Raptor Boost with better activation would be nice but honestly he just needs his dash fixed and plenty of Falcon players, myself included, would be happy with just that one fix. There's a 150% chance he won't get it fixed since all efforts are towards completing the DLC and not fixing the fighters, so eh, it's a dream fix but dreaming is free.

Decreases Up B's s start up time, and make Skewer deal some real shield damage. And most importantly give Dair s some kind of overhaul. Either give the wings some kind of hitbox so missing the puny landing hitbox inst a free smash attack, shave off the landing lag so it can actually be used to land, jack up its power so having the lame hit box and landing lag is actually compensated for and its worth the risk, or just change it entirely to a proper spike to complement his off stage style. As it is Dair is his worst move that is only useful in the rare instance when the opponent forgets you have it and stands directly under you with no shield.
