As someone who loved original 7 and remake 7, last of us 2 is just objectively better. The polish they put on tlou2 is close to unparalleled. The only thing better in ff7 is that the girls are hotter.

Dude people that preordered it are selling it on ebay. That ending ended their company. I personally know 2 people that have uninstalled/unsubscribed from FF14 because of it.

It's not actually that bad.
All my gripes are minor shit like the long boring walk+talk segments because they're scared stiff of loading screens and would rather bore you to death instead.

I also hate that the dungeons are just straight lines and your party actively discourages you from exploring anything ever.

The unnecessary QTE to open doors (hold triangle for half a minute so Cloud can eventually decide to pull a lever or open a door) is a mind-bogglingly retarded decision too.

At least the actual gameplay and characters are really good, even while most of the other design decisions make me think FF7R is "FF13 but with good combat and story".

Sorry, i was busy staggering bosses, checking my materia setup and watching fun and cute interactions between the characters rather than the movie shit you usually see. Some walk and talk in the game was way more fun thanks to the characters than other games, and werent in every place.

The walk and talk segments are in literally every fucking new area you come to because that's what the loading screens are now, you nitwit. Those parts where suddenly Cloud is moving so slow he may as well be turning to stone is the game loading the area and trying to kill you with boredom.
