No. Insomniac ran out of ideas after Tools of Destruction.
I remember playing ToD in a Walmart when it was new, it made me consider buying a PS3, a fellow fan watched me play it there.
Never did buy a PS3, and nothing but disappointment came afterwards.
The movie had me excited, but then that turned out to be a dumpster fire, the PS4 was just more of the same garbage they made after ToD.
This new game looks great, but I know in my hear that it'll just be more garbage.
The only way Ratchet will ever be good again is in a new developer's hands with a team that grew up playing the PS2 games.
Ratchet is still better than its contemporaries.

Since new Ratchet and Clank is doing some kind of time travel stuff(which always makes alternate dimension characters) it would be nice to see a War like Ratchet who thrived off the fighting that Deadlock introduced.
Honestly sounds like he'd make for a cool Boss fight. Really hoping The devs use the whole alternate dimension thing to there fullest for this game.

everyone knows to be a R&C canon game the title has to have a double meaning. this gives me the tiniest bit of hope for the new game.
They already said its a full sized game not a budget title
