Bit surprised that it's an actual sequel considering the state mankind was left in at the end.
Can't be much more than trying to kill the aliens that were left behind on the planet, which should be struggling themselves. Which certainly doesn't lend itself to the kind of action EDF is known for.
ya its funny. usually the edf sequels up the ante from the the first invasion. EDF 6 actually seems to be taking a step back.
Maybe turns out there's more of that last boss species out there and they send more reinforcements half way through the story?
