What went right?
Played this game a while back (pirated it of course) from what I could tell from the single player campaign it had pretty well disguised anti white practices as well as pretty not well disguised open boarders propaganda. Maybe the multiplayer is better but again I pirated it so not sure. It gets a 6/10 from me
Tricking people into thinking a call of duty clone is like Tribes in any way.
>I could tell from the single player campaign it had pretty well disguised anti white practices as well as pretty not well disguised open boarders propaganda
you do realise not everything has to do with politics right
>yfw press X to time travel
it was fun but we both know the factory level is better how the platform changes a throughout that level was so damn cool
>from what I could tell from the single player campaign it had pretty well disguised anti white practices as well as pretty not well disguised open boarders propaganda.
It gave birth to Apex Legends.
retad
multiplayer is fun for a second but it's way too easy to snowball
if one team gets more than like 2 titans out before your team it's borderline impossible to come back
>It gave birth to Apex Legends.
Paid off critics and streamers to not bomb the game, and delivered an actual campaign for casuals ie the majority of consumers
Those guys from infinity ward
yeah TF2 is pretty stomp or be stomped.
Just staerted it and the story jumpstarts with
>We're ABC
>Those guys are DEF
>They're evil for the sake of evil
>We're good for the sake of goodness
Did they assume everyone knew the backstory of the conflict from the first game or just didn't give a shit about the lore of the world?
I mean, I still don't even know what the acronyms stand for, I don't think that was actually explained.
Explain
That's funny you tf2 tards used to say that was an improvement over 1 and worth losing all the customization.
all I want is a SLIGHTLY higher ttk OR an adjustment to a few guns, and also happens a lot.
other then that it's fucking perfect
went on sale.

>I mean, I still don't even know what the acronyms stand for, I don't think that was actually explained.
You only need the backstory for maybe the two factions and most of the interactions with the IMC are done through the new "faction" of mercenaries. The others are brand new.
A shame you don't even really see the IMC for the most part.
Campaign was nice but damn were the bosses just annoying damage sponges.
Titans having a "personality" and pilots meshing with them was weird nothing like the tools of war from the first game.
Titanfall 1 > Titanfall 2 MP by a far shot.
I miss the chaotic constant radio chatter and scripted events happening, turrets firing off at everything, burn cards, and ability to customize titan weapons and skills.
You can do well in a Titan in 2, but in 1 if you had the skills and the other team didn't you could dominate and easily last the entire match due to shield regen.
Then again if you weren't good and were up against a team without titans...they would just as easily wipe the floor with you as if you didn't have them
We've had 300+ threads every day for the last week, /TFG/ is back
Yeah, it really sucks when matches become Stompfall with one team forming an impenetrable titan blob and then other team has quitters, leading to a situation where you have typically 3-4 players vs 6 titans. It’s pretty much impossible to comeback from that and it’s all too common to see.
a few nights ago I think I was getting grouped vs. a premade of like 4 people and obviously they fucking stomped everyones cocks into the ground becasue even a tiny amount of teamwork makes pubstomping ez as fuck
combine this with the new influx of players (who will not stay because they did not have fun getting absolutely fucking deleted).. you have to be a complete fucking asshole to pumpstomp in this game.
Steam
>Titans having a "personality" and pilots meshing with them was weird nothing like the tools of war from the first game.
Yeah. I mean I like it on paper but you burn through titans left and right so its weird that they suddenly treat the pilot titan relationship with that much weight. Maybe if they'd explained it away by saying titans get backed up regularly but BT can't until they got off planet or something.
It's still possible, but the snowball is real.
How did the the multiplayer change in the last year or so?
Tone and Sidewinder were my favourite things.
>Tone
It got the balance treatment and by balance treatment it got kneecapped into the hole.
are any of the new EA games on steam worth a damn?
