The first time I played MGS and she went in disguise, I forgot about it or didn't pay attention, and I went into the room with all of the guards (where she's also one of them there), and shot the missile launcher at the first guard I saw (since I told myself "this time, I'll be the one to get the jump on the guards"), and turns out it was her.
Now, every time I think of her, I remember how I immediately killed her without any warning with a rocket launcher.
