Is it the original BSG show worth a watch? I just finished all the treks till ENT, and i'm looking for something to fill that hole even if they're not very similar

star trek already did dark and gritty during ds9, and this was ultimately inspired by babylon 5. part of this comes naturally from moving away from purely episodic storytelling.

It's very campy, so if you like that sort of stuff it's well worth a watch.
