The closest things I can think of are Metal Gear Rising and Doom 2016/Eternal.
I try to tell people who want Sonic Adventure 3 or a game like it that it would never live up to your expectations because it came out at just the right time, with just the right soundtrack composer, with just the right amount of earnest campiness.
Any attempt to recreate it would be like if Tommy Wiseau tried to make a comedy instead of a drama, you're trying to literally recreate a perfect storm of happy little accidents and even if you succeeded the "soul" wouldn't be there because every little misstep like "You're not even good enough to be my fa-""I'LL MAKE YOU EAT THOSE WORDS" that made the original iconic would be created not in earnest but as an intentional joke where it just wouldn't work as well and come off as "REMEMBER SONIC ADVENTURE?"
There's also the matter of the soundtrack, now I'm not a religious man, but I don't think it would be much of a stretch to say that there was some actual divine inspiration there because I can count on only one hand games released since SA1&2 that have soundtracks that even come close to the same amount of catchy, hype, and memorable quality.
