It may not have the PvP of DS2, nor the activity of DS3, nor the brokenness of DeS but by God I am proud to say that Dark Souls is my favorite.
It may not have the PvP of DS2, nor the activity of DS3...
DS1 or Dark Souls in general?
I'm a filthy casual, and I lack the emotional investment a lot of people seem to have for these games, but they are all genuinely good.
of course they all have their own flaws, but I platinum'd every one of them
You platinumed dark souls 3? Damn girl, you are a fucking beast. Do you know how many rings you have to get?! Not just the rings, but also the +1 and +2 versions, too.
I'm well aware. I collected every weapon and piece of armor while I was at it too
who puts those games above ds1? I've only ever seen non memers prefer demons souls.
Lothric is cute! CUTE!
I have like 1000 hours total in these games and never did all achievements in any of them, I prefer to have fun with different builds more than hunt for every item and upgrade
I get the feeling most fans of the series prefer the sequels, and people who only play the games a few times and move on consider DS1 their favorite.
>most fans prefer ds2 or ds3
idk sis that seems kinda questionable to me esp the ds2 bit
If you spend some time on /dsg/ you'll see people talking about DS2 and DS3 much more than DS1.
People diss it but at the end of the day DS2 is the game that everyone has the most hours in.
i just want a proper region lock man
or some sort of latency indicator so I know how far away I'm going to be hit from/how delayed the response will be. It's like some simple if sequence to sort and limit invasions by ping was too difficult to implement.
because they mostly play multiplayer and DaS 2 and 3 have better and more active multiplayer than 1
picking up Dark Souls remastered today when it's on sale hopefully, what should I expect
I guess that's because beyond a certain point replayability falls off and people only care about pvp
I wouldn't write off ds1 pvp so quick though
Beat the game once or twice then try the daughters of ash mod. It's not AMAZING but it changes the game enough that it feels fresh.
i spent all day invading. 90% of people had chinese characters in their name or steam profile. The rest was a mix but most of them were brazilian.
Did some yesterday and got a stream of players from Spain as well as the Netherlands/France. A nice change from the usual Chinese bullshit but still the other side of the globe.
I feel like content mods like DoA are for people who experienced all the content and are knowledgeable about the game, not for people who just finished it once (unless they used a guide and did everything on the first playthrough)
Why not just buy it now? It's already on sale and it's unlikely for the price to drop any more than it currently is.
Is DaS1 Remastered still active on the PS4? Is there even any point in playing it anymore, if you like PvP/invasions?
If you don't mind waiting 10 or so minutes between invasions.
im on PC and it's dead , at least at low level. there's a fucking sale on too.
Fuck, really? Even as a Forestbro?
off topic but was this intentional by god
pic related
Idk, that was my experience invading the post-lordvessel areas with the red eye orb between SL 50 and 80 a few months ago.
DSR is not on sale user
huh. it was a few days ago
are snakes just cock sleeves?
are snakes mouths representative of the ultimate temptation sex?? satan was a snake
Paltinum'ing ds3 is easy, try doing that with bloodborne with the shitty chalices
>Get to Dukes Archives and Crystal Cave
>Instantly drop the playthrough and start a new character
Dark Souls second half is such cancer
cool game with a sense of mystery
Why wouldn't pvp be canon? I thought that was the point, there are multiple worlds
