Basically any chance of her ending up in Avalon with Shirou got nixed and both have to deal with being servants or looking for a way to stick around in whatever ends up being the main/true timeline

In Camelot, Bedivere met Merlin in Avalon. And I remember Merlin saying that the Lion King is a seperate Artoria from the one currently sleeping.
In Babylonia, Merlin says that he's currently alive in Avalon.
In Fate/Labyrinth, Manaka travels to a different timeline by passing through the Reverse (where Avalon is located) and saw dragon Sieg there. So the Reverse (and Avalon) connects to multiple timelines.
Besides the Incineration and bleaching target human history which doesn't include Avalon (see the GoA translations on BL on what happened when the AoG ended)
