Revelations: Persona
From what I can remember, back then I used to play on the Atari ST, games like Gauntlet, Dungeon Master, etc etc. I had boxes of hundreds of floppy disks. Still have them, actually.
My family were all poorfags, so it took a few years until we got a PS1, then the original Xbox.

Asheron's Call, Pokemon Red and Super Mario 64.

Sonic 3, pic related. I'm the one in the blue shirt.
The first time I played it, I had to quit after 5 minutes because I was too terrified. Gave me nightmares too. Eventually got over it, but still never finished it because it was too hard.
I want to travel back in time like terminator and stop weebs like you from happening.
>Google games pc 1999
>A huge list of absolute masterpieces, some even played to this day
What the hell happened bros
In PC? Probably these:
Fate of Atlantis
Monkey Island
Broken Sword
Roller Coaster Tycoon
Abe's Odyssey
Screamer 2
But I had to admit I used my PSX and Game Boy way more.
Heroes 3, Worms World Party, Carmageddon, only alpha shit.
You already did, but it failed because then you had no reason to go back since Zig Forums no longer came into existence.
Paradoxes are a no-no.
1999 was the peak of vidya

1996-1999 was the peak of the Golden Era.
Diablo 2
Unreal Tournament 99
FF9 I wanna say?
It was mostly a LOT of D2 hardcore ladder. I was hooked on that shit for a couple years. Then WC3, then WoW, 2008 hit I called doomsday for blizz and well you all know the rest. Everything they make is shit now and I troll for indie games as most my other old favorite devs are dead and gone or a shell of their former selves.
Japan comes in to save the day on occasion with some quality content but it's pretty hit n miss.
Marketers and yesmen took over artists with actual interest in games they were developing
>You will never play Age of Kings not knowing how the game works and going for goofy strategies again
Duke Nukem 3D and first generation Pokemon
Diablo, Baldur's Gate, Myst, Half Life, Tribes, and Quake 3 I bought on release
Duck Hunt on Nintendo.

it was either the celts or the chinese
My pacifier
guys, I was playing AoE2 and then realized that the next game should take place in the americas. I think it wouldn't be balanced to have european civs fighting american civs so maybe a game taking place only in the americas would be cool, with the rise of civs such as mayans and aztecs. It could end with the arrival of Spaniards.
What do you guys think? Do you think it could be aoe3 or a spin-off?
What about other civs do you think we'll get expansions like the previous game?
Post your predictions, guys.
>Grim Fandango, Planescape, Abe's Oddysee
they really don't make games like this anymore and it hurts
I don't know what or who to blame, bloated budgets, focus groups, publishers, 'muh art' faggots, God knows where it all went so wrong
there's just no passion like there was back then, it felt like tech and art were marrying perfectly in a new exciting medium
now it all feels like 3rd person shlock, no more fixed camera angles or pre-rendered soulful backgrounds
even the indie realm feels so derivative, just endless procedurally generated roguelite pixelshit crap
FUCK this industry
Legend of Zelda Links Awakening DX on my gameboy color. First video game, and still love it to this day.
FF8
user YOUR GAMES ARE GIVING THE COMPUTER VIRUSES
