I played Iron Rain and thought it sucked because none of the weapons were really good. I liked EDF IV because the flying women class had some completely broken weapons with 4 billion fps.

What are you talking about? There are PC ports of games that have both Steam and Windows 10 Store versions of them all the time. Look at Yakuza Like a Dragon for example
