Genuinely asking so I can level my expectations and not be surprised if this new anime comes off as awful as the Pokémon online series or the garbage that is PokeSpe.

I’m actually cautiously optimistic for this. TWEWY’s story and chapter structure would make it pretty easy to translate into a 24 episode format compared to most other game anime if they play their cards right. Then again, it is Square Enix, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
