bros i've done BL and GD so far... i gotta be honest i think the TWSITD are a more reliable second hand source of information for Fodlan's history than Rhea. before you get butthurt, consider the fact that as fucked up as they are, they're not ashamed about anything they did or continue to do. they don't hide the fact that they were experimenting on children and are capable of launching ICBMs. in fact they boast about it all they will tell you straight up to your face that they do these things for power. i have to respect that kind of big dick charisma. Rhea on the other hand is a virgin dictator. she's ashamed of everything she does and lies to Jesus (You) nonstop. she's willing to do anything and everything to get you to sympathize for her and fight on her side. this is a huge red flag. TWSITD don't give a shit about what you think or who's side you're on they'll fight you regardless.
so why accept Rhea's narrative as the basis for piecing together Fodlan's history when we have very good reason to doubt much, if not all of what she says?
