How much of a no-life am i? been playing this since i was 12

I'm not judging but what did you find entertaining enough to play that long? After the final boss my friends and I quit.

I envy you, in a way. Despite absolutely loving them, I can't even finish most 80 hour long JRPGs because i get bored and drop them for a new game on my giant backlog.

It's good for the most part, Master mode is a bit of a disappointment and some of the changes are just why did you change it (like the strange dye quest being being hardmode exclusive), but it's good, Plyons are nice and the whips are nice for summoner, I still wouldn't say summoner is that viable pre-hardmode though.but it's better.
The one where you do 200 quests for the angler, should probably just do it, but fuck that jabroni
I generally start a run, go through the game like normal and build stuff along the way, beat the moon lord, then start a new run, with another class, then repeat for all 4 classes then take a break for a few months and come back eventually. mods definitely help, love thorium for the extra classes.

I'm 21 now, although i might have gotten the age when i started a bit off. I remember how excited I was for 1.1, and for the mechanical bosses and hardmode.

I never have, hardcore just doesn't seem to be my type of thing, gets in the way of the fun.
there are some mods that make the angler more bearable, (removing the timer, and the quest that give you "angler tokens" and giving the angler a shop, so you don't have to rely on rng to get what you want)
but yeah, hes pretty awful

Do what I did for the angler quests and just catch the quest fish, put in a chest, then catch another one. fill the chest with quest fish, put each of them in your inventory individually, then go back to the angler, put the chest by him and the fish, make 30 new characters and complete the quest with each of them

took me like 2 hours.

Sometimes I wonder how much play time I'd have logged if I had a record of how many hours I've put into Doom. I've been playing that shit on and off since I was four years old.
