AI Dungeon threads with user stories have been fun as fuck

I stopped an orc, ogre and goblin invasion by sucking them off until I emptied every ballsack I could get my hands on. After that, I had to "get revenge" or someshit, but I was too busy going to brothels and fucking women with a dildo as big as my arm(the size of the dildo was the AI, not my idea).

Nigga I'm one of the OG autists that helped make the versions.
Pushing it to /vg/ because one(1) fag whining about the threads was pretty fucking bad for the playerbase.
But I feel like a bigger reason for the versions dying was because Colab was a bitch and kept crashing, so the versions lost relevancy.
By the time it died most people weren't playing anymore because of that.

I'm just glad it's having a renaissance on Zig Forums at all now that the official version is finally catching up.

That is quite literally the same thing, just with extra steps. Being sent to live in a dumpster implies being kicked out of the house.

As someone who was there since the very first day I'm just glad we can actually talk about this game again.
The forks dying is a shame but I dread of ever having to go back to that piece of shit colab, say whatever you want about the mormon jew but atleast his version works and it's fast though we still need word penalties.
Honestly I just wish people would share prompts in the threads just like we used to, It's nice to see all the ones I shared in the old pastebin but it's not the same if no one is contributing.

"Prompts" became much more complex and harder to make mostly because of starting memory and world keys.
And sharing Scenarios can be tricky. You'd have to make them public for everyone playing.

Basically, you pretty much depend on it to keep the story coherent on the long run.

Does world info feature even work?
I tried to test it out by adding some info about the kingdom and some gods but the AI didn't ever bring it up when I asked NPCs about it.

Yeah that's true, but still when I go and look at the prompts that are highly rated on the mormon verison I can't help but cringe.

World Info works pretty damn well. It doesn't always stick when it comes to descriptions like hair color or clothing, but character personality and traits, or area information does.
For instance I'm running a japanese anime soap opera prompt, world info has keys for two sisters (doting elder and mischievous younger) and an alcoholic mother with full descriptions, and the game has stuck by them every time.

Nope, the Scripts and Quests tabs are though.

No. The thing is that you can only set it up when creating a Scenario. So you can't add or edit them while actually playing.

This is fun, I can finally be Dale Cooper in his quest for saving Laura Palmer
