Use Netzach's floor to heal most of the damage you take during the first act and that alone should let you beat the second Act. Having 4 2-speed nugs won't hurt either.

Not really, ashes is mostly a damage on hit type deal that happens to set up salvador’s stagger passive. It sadly has no other interactivity with a burn deck and it doesn’t even get boosted by the workshop passive.

Featherman’s actual combat dice are pretty weak in the first two turns, kinda ramping up in the third, and then goes all out in the fourth. Walter is nice to have for the first act like always but you want to be a little more aggressive with Phillip so you stagger him on the third turn and then kill him the next.

first turn he has no protection boost, so his defensive dice are only 3-6, if you have walter with shyness you can deal substantial stagger damage during it. Harder on second turn as he gets +2 power to all defensive dice

It would be good if they fixed it, pretty sure the same thing happens to your tank if he uses multiple battle prep and have a bunch of denfensive die left over, and was targeted by multiple attackers.
