My friends and I just call each other. My only experience with discord comes from back when I still visited /vg/ and people would make discords that would inevitably fall apart and introduce a bunch of retarded self-important tripfags into any given general. Also there was a supremely annoying guy on /k/ who kept trying to start one up. Generally speaking I just see it as yet more normie social media that people insist on integrating into Zig Forums despite it being antithetical to Zig Forums's purpose. Same with Twitch and other such things.

Only servers I'm in are for hosting emotes. Discord is a direct message client as far as I'm concerned.
